Challenge

A leading tech firm wanted to build a more diverse technical team and offer opportunities to community members who may not otherwise be able to break into tech.

Solution

Members of the San Francisco Bay community were invited to apply to the program with a focus on underrepresented and high financial need groups. We partnered with the tech firm to run an end-to-end admissions process and reskilled those accepted via a 9-week tailored UX Design Bootcamp program. Upon graduation from the program, participants joined an 8-month apprenticeship program where they continued to refine and acquire on-the-job skills.
